The Lowco Grass Co. is comprised of the very best acoustic musicians the low country has to offer. Joe Marlow(vocals, guitar, mandolin, dobro) and Matt Cahill(vocals, standup bass) grew up in Nashville Tennessee. They’ve been steeped in the great tradition of roots music in the American South. Their vocal harmony has been honed to a razor's edge in honkytonks and around campfires in the hallowed hills of Tennessee. Swanagan Ray(vocals, banjo, guitar) hails from them ol’ hills of West Virginia. He is a national flat-picking guitar/banjo champion. James Anderson comes from the high mountains of Colorado, with an extended stop in the honkytonks of Austin TX. His virtuosic fiddling takes the group to new heights with a seemingly endless stream of ditties. Justin Parish sauntered down across the piedmont from North Carolina with a banjo and a smile. When these guys come together, the notes start flyin' and the roof starts raisin’! If you want all the energy and excitement of a full rockin' band, without the annoying loud noise pollution, then these are your guys! No need for drums and loud amps, if you want them out on the floor dancin’, The Lowco Grass Co. delivers every time. Y’all come!
